GRTgaz has launched a call for expressions of interest to 13 companies to validate the need for a CO2 transport infrastructure in the port of Dunkirk. A feasibility study for a 30-kilometre structure to connect the projects of the players that expressed an interest will now be conducted.
The study is co-financed by ADEME as part of the ZIBAC (Zones Industrielles Bas Carbone) initiative, and Aluminium Dunkerque is taking part as part of its project to capture carbon by 2030.
