On Monday 3 November, three members of the Energy team appointed by the Group met with AD’s trade unions.
The purpose of the meeting was to
- Present the Energy team and its mission,
- Review the actions already undertaken on the site (interruptibility, load shedding, primary reserve, leader+),
- Review the meetings already held with the government,
- Review the meetings held individually with each trade union organisation.
The Energy team and the trade unions agreed on their joint contribution to Aluminium Dunkerque’s energy file.
A forthcoming meeting at the beginning of the year will provide an opportunity to review the progress made by the Energy team and the trade unions.
AD’s senior management is pleased that all the participants are willing to work together for the future of the site.
